Mmmm, cardamom.

That looks so moist and delicious! I'm going to have to give that recipe a try... maybe even this weekend!

I am SO making this cake, I love cardamom and my hubby loves coffee cakes. Hey, same same on the culinary heritage. No offense to my mom, but lots of canned this, boil the hell out of carrots, beans and potatoes, cottage cheese on a lettuce leaf, sprinkled Ritz on top. You get the idea... as if I am going to reproduce the Campbells cheddar cheese canned soup with baked-forever veggies. My mom bought fresh herbs for the first time last week... okay, sorry for the rambling: thanks for the recipe. I love your site!

WOW. An entire pound of butter? Now that's what I call a coffee cake. Gorgeous photo and a delightful read.
